| Order Confirmation & Payment Policy |
This policy explains how Premetor Store verifies, confirms, and processes all orders placed on our website, including those paid via Mobile Wallets or Cash on Delivery (COD).
1. Order Confirmation Process (All Payment Methods)
After you place an order, our support team will contact you using WhatsApp, phone call, or email to confirm:
- Your full name
- Shipping address
- Phone number (preferably WhatsApp-enabled)
- Email address (if provided)
If your phone number is not registered on WhatsApp, and no other communication method works, we may cancel the order due to incomplete verification.
- If we cannot verify your order because of communication issues (e.g. unresponsive contact, language barrier, etc.), your order may be cancelled.
- If you do not respond within 24 hours, your order will be considered inactive and may be cancelled within up to 3 days of the original order time.
2. Payment via Mobile Wallets (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)
If you choose EasyPaisa or JazzCash as your payment method:
- Your order will be placed in “Under Verification” status immediately.
- Our team will first confirm your order details as outlined above.
- Only after successful verification, we will send you our official EasyPaisa or JazzCash account number for payment.
- You must make payment within 24 hours after receiving our account details.
If You Delay Payment:
- If payment is not made within 24 hours (up to 3 days maximum) of receiving our account details, the order will be cancelled.
- If payment is made after cancellation, we will fully refund your amount to the same mobile wallet account you used.
- If you need more time, you may request a payment extension during confirmation. If we approve, we’ll provide a new payment deadline.
- Unpaid and unconfirmed orders beyond the allowed time without communication will be cancelled automatically.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders also require confirmation through WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
- Once confirmed, your order will move to “Processing”.
- If we cannot verify your COD order within 24 hours (up to 3 days max), the order may be cancelled.
4. After Confirmation
Once your order is successfully confirmed through WhatsApp, phone, or email — and payment is received (if required) — your order status will be updated to:

- Mobile Wallets (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
